200 mg dry extract of hop flowers (Humulus lupulus L.) with 0.2% xanthohumol, 150 mg fructo-saccharides, 80 mg root of black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa L.) with 2.5% triterpenic glycosids, 2.5 billion Lactobacillus casei cells, 9.6 mg extract of chaste tree berries
(Vitex agnus-castus L.) with 1% triterpenic glycosids.

Anti-caking agents : colloidal silica, magnesium stearate.
Binder : Arabic gum.
